Returns

We want you to love your Jalenza brush. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, please contact us by e-mail with your order number. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
